Cyncly Names Kristina Lengyel Chief Customer Officer

London, UK, December 18, 2024-Cyncly, a global provider of software and content solutions for spaces, announces the appointment of Kristina Lengyel as chief customer officer. 

Reporting to CEO Anand Krishnan, Lengyel will lead Cyncly’s unified Customer organization, comprising Customer Experience, Customer Success and Professional Services. In her role, Lengyel will ensure customers get the maximum value from Cyncly solutions, and Cyncly can continue to meet evolving customer needs.

Lengyel joins Cyncly with extensive executive experience in professional services, engineering, and customer organizations across global B2B companies. She brings expertise in growth strategy, previously supporting the launch of new software products and leading global services and customer success teams. Prior to joining Cyncly, Lengyel held executive roles in customer solutions at OpenText, Salesforce and Ultimate Kronos Group.
