Crown Products Acquires All-Tile

Bloomington, MN, November 2, 2022-Crown Products, based in Bloomington, Minnesota, continues to expand with the acquisition of All-Tile Cushions & Supplies, based in Wood Dale, Illinois.

In the recent past, Crown has added Walcro, Cartwright Distributing, Tri-State Wholesale Flooring, Jer-And and Blakely Products Company to its ownership.

Headquartered in Wood Dale, Illinois and founded in 1947, All Tile has 24 locations across 14 states.

All Tile was founded in 1947. Bob Weiss is the CEO of All-Tile and has worked there for 32 years.The company bought CCS (Carpet Cushion Supply) in 2014

John DeYoung is Crown’s CEO, and the business is owned by ShoreView Industries, a Minneapolis-based private equity firm, which it acquired from WilSquare Capital in June.

This comes just weeks after Belknap Haines bought STC, as the distributor sector continues to consolidate.
