Concord Flooring Will Begin Fulfilling Orders in Late Spring

Corona, CA, April 28, 2021- Concord Flooring, located in Corona, California, has been building its new, state-of-the-art engineered hardwood flooring factory from the ground up, and after many delays, the factory is set to start fulfilling customer requests in late spring.

What was to take 6-months of permitting and final approval of the engineered flooring manufacturing factory, ended up taking one-and-a-half years. Reports the company, “Between COVID, city lay-offs and lack of wood, Concord could not have started at a worse time.”

The year’s delay with permits allowed John Lee to increase the factory with even more advanced capabilities, to be announced in the summer.

Concord expects fast turnarounds and quick shipping from the California location and expects to have the capability to ship within weeks of the order and directly to the distribution centers in the U.S. Concord will be capable of producing 80,000 square feet a day. Factory tours are anticipated to start the end of July 2021.
