CMH Space Flooring Acquires Ellis Flooring

Wadesboro, NC, May 4, 2010–CMH Space Flooring Products said it has acquired Ellis Flooring Sales Company, a division of the Southland Group headquartered in Charlotte, N.C..

Hoy Lanning, CEO, CMH Space, said the two companies will complement each other. Ellis has a strong background in commercial flooring and floor covering supplies with five branches throughout the Carolinas and CMH Space has a strong residential and commercial business.
 
Ellis Flooring will continue to operate as an independent entity and separate commercial division of CMH Space Flooring Products.
