Dallas, TX, Jan. 19, 2010–W. Classen GmbH and Akzenta Paneele + Profile GmbH are suing Shaw Industries, Valinge, and Carpet One Floor & Home for patent infringement.
The suit was filed Jan. 14 in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
In addition, the complaint alleges that Valinge is guilty of false advertising, business disparagement, interference with business relations, defamation, and unfair competition.
The suit seeks to invalidate a Valinge U.S. patent.
