Charlie Dilks Inducted into WFCA Hall of Fame

Denver, CO, January 13, 2026-Charlie Dilks was inducted into the World Floor Covering Association’s Hall of Fame during Day 2 of CCA Global’s Connextion event taking place this week in Denver, Colorado.

Over a 45-year career, Dilks-who is chief product officer for CCA Global Partners and chairman of the Floor Covering Industry Foundation (FCIF)-has played a defining role in the flooring industry. He began by managing a 60-store retail chain in Canada, later holding senior leadership roles at Shaw Industries before joining CCA Global Partners in 1997. Today, as chief product officer, he works with domestic and international suppliers to develop programs that strengthen independent retailers.

Dilks is also a longtime industry advocate and philanthropist. An early supporter of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, he helped mobilize Carpet One Floor & Home stores nationwide to raise funds for injured veterans and first responders. As co-founder of the Alan Greenberg Memorial Golf Tournament and current chairman of the FCIF board, he has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for flooring professionals in need.

Known as a trusted advisor, Dilks bridges manufacturers, retailers and industry leadership.

During Tuesday’s ceremony, Scott Humphrey, CEO of WFCA, said, “The world is a much better place because Charlie Dilks is in it.”
