Farnham, Quebec, June 21--Bolick Distributors, Baton Rouge, La., is the newest addition to the Domco distributor network, according to Stephan Guindon, vice president, sales and marketing, Domco.
Bolick will distribute Domco’s full line of sheet flooring products and accessories in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Western Tennessee.
The appointment marks Bolick’s entry into the residential sheet flooring segment and the beginning of what James C. San Souci, president and general managing partner, Bolick, sees as a long-term marketing partnership.
"Our decision to add residential sheet flooring was influenced in large measure by Domco’s very focused approach to selling resilient," said San Souci.
"First and foremost, they have a product line that is very competitive in the mid-range price points which is just right for our market," he said. "Second, they have created a very simplified way to sell their products at retail that will be very appealing to our customers."

Founded in 1959, Bolick Distributors services over 2000 customers daily from five locations that include its corporate headquarters in Baton Rouge as well as operations in New Orleans, Little Rock, Ark., Shreveport, La., and Hattiesburg, Miss. A team of 15 sales representatives call on retailers, commercial flooring contractors and architects and specifiers throughout their territory.
"Adding Domco to our product lineup now gives us the complete flooring package," added San Souci. "We now can say we sell every single hard surface product category for the residential and commercial markets."
