Boa-Franc Celebrating 35 Years of Business

Saint-Georges, Quebec, September 7, 2018-Boa-Franc, the Mirage brand hardwood flooring manufacturer, is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year.

Boa-Franc, located in Saint-Georges, designs and manufactures quality floors that are distributed across North America though nearly 2,300 specialized dealers.

Boa-Franc had another banner year in 2017, when for the second time in a row, receiving the highest honor bestowed by the Quebec government on businesses and organizations that successfully apply best business practices: The Grand Prix québécois de la qualité Award.

The company started in 1983 as a workshop with three people, and today has a workforce of 475 employees.

Over the years, the company and its employees have donated to over 300 local organizations and over 50 foundations and funds dedicated to fighting poverty, violence, illiteracy, and disease.
