Billy Ward of Artistic Carpet One Has Died

Lancaster, CA, October 12, 2021-Billy Ward, 71, owner of Artistic Carpet One Floor & Home, died October 7.

Ward had operated Artistic Carpet One in Lancaster, California since June 1966 and served on the CCA board of advisors. Prior to opening his store, he served in Vietnam.
