Beasley to Purchase Mohawk's Arkansas Manufacturing Operations

Hazlehurst, GA, November 25, 2019-Beasley Flooring Products and Mohawk Industries have entered into a letter of intent pursuant to which Beasley Flooring will purchase the Melbourne, Arkansas flooring manufacturing operations of Mohawk Industries subject to customary terms and conditions.

As part of this transaction, Mohawk will partner with Beasley Flooring in continuing to provide high-quality solid and engineered flooring products to its customers.

This acquisition will strengthen Beasley Flooring’s position in both the solid and engineered flooring markets and marks its second flooring operation acquisition within the past 12 months. The company continues to focus on product innovation, superior service, quality and sustainability with operations located in Georgia, North Carolina and now Arkansas.
