Artisan Design Group Acquires Decor Flooring & Kermans Flooring

Southlake, TX, July 6, 2018-Artisan Design Group is excited to announce its most recent acquisitions: Decor Flooring and Kermans Flooring.

Located in North Charleston, South Carolina, Decor is a full-service designer and installer of flooring products and window treatments to single and multi-family builders and homeowners. Under the leadership of Steve and Mike Shellnut, Decor has been servicing North and South Carolina areas for over 30 years.

Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, Kermans is a full-service designer and installer of flooring products, with specialty in area rugs to single-family builders and homeowners. Under the leadership of Mike Benjamin and Dave Amsler, Kermans has been servicing the Indianapolis and Nashville areas for over 90 years, spanning across three Benjamin generations.

The additions of Décor and Kermans to the ADG family continues to expand our brand, footprint and complements our current product offerings. ADG businesses include Arlun, Atlanta West, Floors Inc, Images, JR McDade, Malibu Floors, Metro Carpets, and WCCV.
