Lancaster, PA, October 12, 2015—Armstrong World Industries Inc. has registered its official desire to spin off a new public company, Armstrong Flooring Inc., according to the Central Penn Business Journal.
The company filed the registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 8.
