Armstrong Names Rodruan Interim CFO

Lancaster, PA, March 11, 2009 — Armstrong World Industries said that William C. Rodruan will serve as interim chief financial officer starting April 1 when F. Nicholas Grasberger, 45, assumes his new role as executive vice president and chief executive officer of Armstrong Building Products.

Grasberger replaces Stephen J. Senkowski who is retiring. A search is underway for Grasberger’s successor.
 
Rodruan has served Armstrong for 33 years in leadership positions throughout the company most recently as vice president, Finance of Armstrong Flooring Products Americas.
