Armstrong Flooring (AFI) Amends ABL to Extend Sales Process Another 30 Days

Lancaster, PA, April 1, 2022-Armstrong has received several “non-binding” expressions of interest, and the creditors are giving the company an extra 30 days to pursue the sale of the company.
