American Floor and Home Names Aaron Okamoto VP of Sales

Honolulu, HI, December 19, 2023-American Floor and Home (AFH) has announced the recent promotion of Aaron Okamoto to the position of vice president of sales, recognizing his dedication, expertise, and contributions to the company over the past 19 years.

With his accomplishments in Hawaii's flooring and home improvement industry, Okamoto brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new role.

In his previous role as general sales manager, Okamoto demonstrated leadership, fostering a high-performing sales team and spearheading initiatives that drove substantial growth and customer satisfaction that have been instrumental in AFH’s 49-year growth and continuing success.

In his new role as vice president of sales, Aaron’s responsibilities include prospecting and cultivating new client relationships and supplier opportunities to broaden the company's market reach, creation and maintenance of new sales opportunities, collaborating with AFH's executive team to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and analyzing market trends, products, services, and sales goals to refine and optimize strategies in alignment with the company's vision.
