AHF in Final Negotiations to Acquire Crossville Inc.

Lancaster, PA, September 29, 2023-AHF is in final negotiations to acquire Crossville Inc. 

AHF has been discussing a potential combination with Crossville and has now reached an agreement in principle to do so. 

AHF believes Crossville is a strong brand with great history and will fit well with the AHF portfolio. 

The transaction is expected to close by mid-October.

Crossville is a porcelain tile manufacturer based in Crossville, Tennessee that also operates a distribution network called Crossville Studios. In addition to its manufactured products, Crossville imports glass and tile products, including its Laminam by Crossville gauged tile line.
