AFA Elects Officers and Directors

Dalton, GA, Nov. 6--The American Floorcovering Alliance (AFA) has elected new officers and directors to its 2002-2004 board of directors. Elections of four new directors were held in conjunction with the AFA¹s 23rd Annual membership meeting and awards reception, held on October 29 in Dalton, Georgia. New officers elected to the board for the 2002-03 term include the following: president Jim Shaheen, Shaheen Carpet Mills; vice president Don Henson, DyeTech, Inc.; sec./treas. Bill Cosby, The Sample Works; ex-officio Bob Kokoszka, Burtco Enterprises, Inc. New directors elected for 2002-04 include: Will Robison, Allied Insurance Agency; Sues Alexander, BB & T Bank; Lamar Brown, Lessco, Inc.; and Ed Harof, Wilcom America Returning directors for 2002-03 term include the following: Bucky McCamy, Grass-Tex; Gree Joiner H. Greely, LLC; Randy Coker, Northwest Carpets; Carolyn Butler, Carpeton Mills; Greg Brock, Quality Carpet Finishing of Georgia.
