Tarkett Residential’s Lembregts and Morando Take o
Farnham, Quebec, September 15, 2005--Tarkett Residential announced today the reorganization of its North American residential business unit. Jan Lembregts was named president of the resilient and wood divisions, while Jim Morando was named president of customer relationships.
The reorganization will allow Tarkett to present a uniform image to the marketplace, leverage its production capabilities, and ensure the success of its U.S. distribution.
In his new function, Lembregts will be responsible for all operational aspects of Tarkett’s business in North America with the exception of the AT Clarion Group - the laminate joint venture with Aconcagua Timber Corporation. He will be responsible for all production and product marketing of residential resilient and wood. In addition, he will continue to manage Tarkett Canada and the Domco organization in Canada. Lembregts also will focus on further improving the production efficiency of Tarkett’s residential manufacturing facilities. Lembregts was formerly president, North American residential division.
In his new position, Morando will be responsible for all Tarkett sales functions and trade marketing in the U.S. He will be responsible for the company’s U.S. distribution development, growing Tarkett and Domco residential resilient, wood and laminate sales and overseeing the trade marketing required to build retailer loyalty for Tarkett residential products. Morando was formerly president, North American wood division.

Both Jan and Jim will continue to report directly to John Rietveldt.
