Quick•Step’s Midwest regional distributor Herregan Distributors hosted two very successful events in which 33 individuals from 16 retail stores received self-inspection certification. Retailers who participated in the self-inspection clinics included: H.J. Martin & Son, Home Interiors, McCabe's Flooring, Floors by Roberts, Taylor Made Floors, Floor Quest, Carpets Plus / Color Tile of Madison (2 locations), Carpets Plus / Color Tile of Plover, Carpets Plus / Color Tile of Wausau, Carpets Plus / Color Tile of Janesville, Flooring Center, Carpet City of Rhinelander, Carpet City of Wausau, Duralum Carpets and Coyle Carpet One. Members of Quick•Step’s Presidential program who participate in the self-inspection clinics receive certification empowering them to investigate claims and make warranty decisions, thus improving the overall inspection process by providing feedback and resolutions to their customers in a timely manner. Upon qualifying, members enjoy several elite benefits including: additional rebate opportunities, aggressive pricing, national co-op support with advertising opportunities and self-inspection certification.
