NFA Cancels March Meeting in Vail, Opts for Adairsville in April

Cincinnati, OH, February 8, 2021-The National Floorcovering Alliance (NFA) will delay its spring meeting in Vail, Colorado until spring 2022 and will meet this year at Barnsley Gardens in Adairsville, Georgia, April 17 to 21. Members arrive April 17 and depart April 21. Vendors arrive April 18 and depart April 21.

The key driver in making the change was that Vail has a maximum meeting capacity of 50. Meeting capacity at Barnsley Gardens is not as restrictive, and some meetings can be held outdoors.

The NFA reports, “The board is committed to maintaining the safety standard the NFA established at it's fall meeting in Savannah.  At this time in the Vail region, our group would not be able to maintain that safety standard currently in Vail.  For this reason, the venue change is imperative for Spring 2021.”

The NFA is a group of 43 highly successful independant flooring retailers that was formed in 1991 to network and maximize the benefit of manufactureres rebates. The NFA is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year.

Listen to NFA president Jason McSwain discuss highlights from the fall 2020 meeting.
