Len Andolino and Pami Bhullar Joining The Dixie Group

Dalton, GA, February 1, 2021-The Dixie Group (TDG) has announced the hiring of Len Andolino and Pami Bhullar, both effective today.

Len Andolino is joining TDG as vice president – decorative segment. Andolino brings 35+ years of experience, strong product knowledge, and business leadership in the high-end wool and decorative segment of the residential business. Andolino will be responsible for refreshing and upgrading TDG’s wool and decorative product portfolio, and he will work closely with its sales organization in driving significant growth in this segment. Andolino will enhance capabilities and skills to pave the way for sustainable and profitable long-term growth through the high-end retail and designer channels.

Pami Bhullar is joining TDG as vice president – business development. Bhullar brings 35+ years of experience, an exceptional background, and expertise in the specialty retail flooring segment. Bhullar will support our business in several areas, including development and refinement of our retail selling systems and programs and enhancement of marketing and promotional strategies. He will work closely with the sales organization to develop and improve overall product knowledge and selling capabilities. And, Bhullar will increase the value TDG brings to the industry through retailer and retail sales associate engagement and training.
