Interior Logic Group Acquires Flooring Systems

Irvine, CA, August 5, 2019-Interior Logic Group (ILG) has acquired Flooring Systems, a Houston, Texas-based design studio services and flooring installation business. 

The acquisition adds ILG locations in all the major Texas markets to service the needs of its homebuilder partners.

Camille Willson, owner of Flooring Systems, will remain the Houston market leader for ILG. Heather Willson-Daniels will be leading the division’s commercial efforts as the Houston sales manager. 

ILG is jointly owned by Littlejohn & Co., LLC and Platinum Equity.
