FCLC Names Robert Blochinger as Chair

Orlando, FL, June 6, 2017-The Floor Covering Leadership Council (FCLC) elevated Robert Blochinger, president of the National Institute of Certified Floorcovering Inspectors, as its new chair starting immediately.

The organization also welcomed the Multilayer Flooring Association as its newest member.

FCLC’s next meeting will be held in August during the Certified Floorcovering Installers Convention & Expo in Orlando, Florida.
