DeOrzio Named Fabrica EVP Sales

Santa Ana, CA, September 26, 2006—Rich DeOrzio has been named to the newly created position of executive vice president of sales a Fabrica. DeOrzio for the past nine years, has held the position of northeast regional vice president at Masland Carpets and Rugs. "Rich has a great deal of experience selling high-end residential carpet through selective distribution channels. He understands the Fabrica brand and the reputation for quality we have earned in this industry," said Fabrica president Craig Lapeere. DeOrzio holds a degree in marketing from the University of Dayton. He and his wife Carol live in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and have two grown children, Stacey and Christopher. Masland and Fabrica are units of The Dixie Group. Fabrica designs and manufactures carpets and rugs for the most demanding segments of the high-style residential market.
