Wauwatosa, WI, December 1-- Bostik Findley, Inc., a leading global manufacturer of adhesives, sealants and lubricants, has changed its name to Bostik, Inc.
The new name reflects the strength of one of the world's most respected brands in the industry. Effective October 1, 2004, the global entities that made up Bostik Findley worldwide were renamed Bostik, and a new logo design was introduced for its corporate identity.
The association of the two names, Bostik and Findley, resulted from a merger between Bostik, Inc. and Ato Findley Inc. in January 2001. Nearly four years later, the well-established, integrated organization has grown to be among the world's largest adhesives and sealant manufacturers with production facilities and sales operations in 36 nations across five continents.
