Beaulieu Renews Laura Ashley License
Dalton, GA, Oct. 14 -- Beaulieu of America has renewed its license agreement with Laura Ashley to market carpet under the brand for another six years. Beaulieu first launched the Laura Ashley line in 2000.
Ranked among the top five home textile brands in the U.S. Laura Ashley, is also an internationally recognized retailer of home furnishings and women & girl clothing in the English country style.
Beaulieu of America vice president of marketing Kate Maselis, said Beaulieu and Laura Ashley continue to work hand in hand to design new carpets in styles and colors that complement other Laura Ashley products. In order to celebrate this renewal, Beaulieu launched an incentive program called Learn and Earn on October 1. The promotion, which runs through November 30, offers a $0.50 per yard incentive for the retail sales people. Beaulieu will be issuing Best Buy gift cards and the grand prize is a Mini Cooper, the quintessentially hip and cool English car. Tan noted that the Laura Ashley licensing business has grown from seven licenses three years ago to 28 licensees today, and she said the company continues to aggressively pursue additional licensing opportunities.
