Mohawk Announces 2026 Synergy Conference Events & Offerings

Calhoun, GA, November 5, 2026—Mohawk Performance Accessories will continue its commitment to supporting professional flooring installers at the 2026 Synergy Convention, taking place November 10 to 1, at the Chattanooga Marriott Downtown in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

As the convention’s exclusive titanium sponsor and the executive strategic partner of Certified Flooring Installers (CFI), Mohawk Performance Accessories will engage with attendees through education sessions, networking opportunities and events designed to strengthen the flooring installation community. Mohawk Performance Accessories will hold an invitation-only roundtable discussion on November 10, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. The discussion will bring together Mohawk representatives and members of the newly formed Mohawk Performance Accessories Installer Advisory Council to explore the future of flooring installation, discuss industry challenges and identify opportunities to strengthen the installer community.

Welcome Reception

Mohawk Performance Accessories will host the convention’s Welcome Reception on November 10, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Ballroom A/B. This event provides attendees with an opportunity to network with Mohawk Performance Accessories leadership, fellow installers and industry partners while celebrating the start of the convention. Mohawk will lead three education sessions to provide installers with tools and information to help them excel at their craft.

What’s Trending: Social Media Strategies for Today’s Installer

Led by Justin Hicks, Mohawk’s senior director of marketing for wood, laminate and accessories, this session will provide installers with practical strategies for using social media to showcase their work, connect with customers, strengthen their professional brand and grow their business. This session will be held on November 10, from 4 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. in Meeting Room Three.

Hero Flooring: From Product Introduction to Installation

Led by Bruce Gentry, field service manager, Mohawk Group, this session will share an inside look at the new Hero Flooring line and walk installers and dealers through the installation process from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes, increased efficiency and long-term customer satisfaction. This session will be held on November 10, from 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. in Meeting Room Four.

Every Step Matters: Stair Solution Success

Led by Sandon Carson, Mohawk’s field service manager for wood and laminate, this session will explore stair applications, installation considerations and best practices for achieving successful, high-quality results. This session will be held on November 12, from 2:30 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. in Meeting Room Four.

Trade Show

Mohawk Performance Accessories will exhibit during the Synergy Trade Show on November 11, from 3:45 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. in Exhibit Hall B. Attendees can visit the Mohawk Performance Accessories booth to meet with team members and learn about the latest products and solutions designed to help installers work more efficiently and achieve superior results.
