Lorberbaum’s Final Industry Appearance Set for Edge Summit 2027

Calhoun, GA, September 18, 2026—Mohawk Industries CEO Jeff Lorberbaum, who is retiring after 50 years in the flooring industry and 25 years leading Mohawk, will make his final official industry appearance at the company’s Edge Summit 2027.

Lorberbaum began his flooring career with his family’s Aladdin Mills in 1976 and joined Mohawk when the company acquired Aladdin in 1994. He became Mohawk’s CEO in 2001.

Edge Summit 2027 will bring together Mohawk and its retail partners and will include a celebration of Lorberbaum’s career and contributions to the flooring industry.
