CFI Names Ray Clark Executive Director

Dalton, GA, September 17, 2026—Certified Flooring Installers (CFI) has named Ray Clark executive director. 

Clark will guide CFI’s continued growth while advancing its longstanding mission to elevate the installation profession through education, certification and industry collaboration.

Clark brings more than a decade of executive leadership in construction-related industries. Most recently, he served as executive director of the PCI Foundation, where he worked with its board of trustees to expand educational programs, strengthen fundraising and deepen relationships between industry and academia. Previously, he led Georgia/Carolinas PCI, overseeing operations, membership, education and industry outreach across Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

As executive director, Clark will lead CFI’s strategy and operations, working closely with its staff, instructors, members and industry partners. His priorities include broadening access to CFI’s respected training and certification programs, expanding the installer pipeline and increasing awareness of professional installation as a skilled and rewarding career.
