Roppe Corporation Releases Inaugural Sustainability Report

Fostoria, Ohio, September 8, 2026—Roppe Corporation, a manufacturer of commercial resilient rubber and vinyl flooring and part of Roppe Holding Company (RHC), announced the release of its inaugural Sustainability Report. The report marks a significant milestone in the company’s 70-plus-year history, formalizing the environmental, social, and governance commitments that have long shaped how Roppe designs products, runs its operations, and supports its people and communities.

The inaugural report comes at a pivotal moment for RHC, following the company’s transition to 100% employee ownership earlier this year. It outlines “The Path Forward,” RHC’s strategic plan through 2030, which places sustainability alongside profitability, growth, and workforce development as a core business priority.
