Richard Quinlan Named SVP of Sales & Marketing for Create Flooring

Flower Mound, TX, August 19, 2026—Richard Quinlan has been named senior vice president of sales and marketing for Create Flooring. 

Quinlan most recently served as vice president of sales for AHF. He has also held positions at Wellmade, Mohawk, Armstrong, Triangle Pacific, Hartco and Weyerhaeuser.

Create Flooring sells hardwood, SPC/LVT and laminate direct to the retail, distribution, builder, commercial, OEM/private-label and e-commerce channels. It is owned by Muchsee Wood, a privately held, Chinese-owned flooring manufacturer and importer. The U.S. corporation was incorporated in Georgia in 2015.
