Atlanta, GA, August 10, 2026—Atlanta Flooring Design Centers has announced a planned leadership transition that reflects the company’s commitment to continuity, partnership and future growth. Effective immediately, Frank Winter has been named president, while Donny Phillips, the company’s founder and current president, will assume the role of vice president.
Winter and Phillips have worked side by side building Atlanta Flooring Design Centers. As partners for nearly three decades, they have shared a vision centered on exceptional customer service, strong relationships and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
In his new role as vice president, Phillips will remain actively involved in the company’s strategic direction and continued success.
