Traxx Acquires Powernail Company

Pomona, CA, July 13, 2026—Traxx has announced the recent acquisition of the Wisconsin-based Powernail Company.

Powernail Company was family-owned and led by Dave Anstett, who will remain in his current role for a period to support the transition. 

With Traxx headquartered in Pomona, California, and additional operations in Calhoun, Georgia, the new Genoa City, Wisconsin location provides a central base for enhancing service to customers throughout the region and across the United States.
