Havencrest Surfaces Launched by Infinity to Manage PanTim’s Wood Distribution Business

Dalton, GA, July 9, 2026—Infinity Floor has launched Havencrest Surfaces, a new company created to serve the hardwood flooring distribution channel. 

Along with that announcement comes the news that Havencrest has acquired the distributor business of PanTim Wood Products.

Infinity Floor is a B2B importer and distributor specializing in LVT, SPC and WPC flooring, which provides exclusive product lines and private-label opportunities.

Infinity Floors recently purchased an Oriental Weaver facility in Dalton, Georgia.

Tyler Geren, CEO of Havencrest and founder/CEO of Infinity Floor, will lead the new venture.

Harro Jakel, president of PanTim, and Rick Knowles, vice president of sales, will remain involved during the transition to help maintain customer relationships and transfer market knowledge.
