Worcester, UK, December 14, 2016—Victoria, the Kidderminster carpet manufacturer, will purchase Australian underlay and hardwood flooring maker Dunlop Flooring in a £20m deal, reports worcesternews.co.uk.
Dunlop Flooring operates from sites in Sydney and Melbourne, Australia.
Victoria is buying Dunlop from Pacific Brands, a group recently taken over by North Carolina-based Hanesbrands.
