Manufacturing Rebounds in February

Washington, DC, March 15, 2013 — Manufacturing rebounded in February, another sign the economy may be continuing to improve, Federal Reserve said.

Factory production increased 0.8% in February after a 0.3% decline the month before.

Economists anticipated a 0.4% gain.

The increase combined with an increase in utilities’ output to led overall industrial production up by 0.7%.
