
Washington, DC, Dec. 22, 2011 — U.S. home prices fell 0.2% on a seasonally adjusted basis in October, the Federal Housing Finance Agency said Thursday.
The September index was revised to a 0.4% increase from 0.9%, the agency said.
Over the past year, home prices have fallen 2.8%.
