Beverly, W VA, March 7, 2011 — Armstrong is considering a proposal from the Teamsters union representing workers at its hardwood flooring plant in Beverly.
The company has 10 days to accept the workers’ proposal or face a possible work stoppage.
Workers rejected the company’s contract offer on Feb. 17.
At issue are employee costs for health insurance and other benefits.
