Gregory, MI, July 12, 2010–A long-time flooring company has closed for business, leaving customers with unfinished jobs and, in some cases, without a refund, according to a Detroit television station.
Vicki Knecht of Gregory said she is out $2,000 from a kitchen project that A.R. Kramer Flooring failed to finish.
According to Knecht, she took the 12-months same-as-cash option which came with a credit line that paid the Kramer company but not the card, so she is now stuck with her kitchen incomplete. “I’m at a loss what to do now,” she said.
Friday, there was a sign on the door of the A. R. Kramer store on Middle Belt Road in Livonia which stated the business is closed due to financial reasons.
