Pfleiderer Secures Refinancing Deal

Neumarkt, Germany, Dec. 2, 2009–Pfleiderer, the German maker of engineered wood products, said late on Tuesday it successfully negotiated a refinancing deal with its lenders.

The company already said in its third quarter report last week that it has agreed with its three major creditors on the debt refinancing.
