Mercerville, NJ, Aug. 12, 2009–Congoleum has been awarded a U.S. patent for its DuraCeramic product technology.
The patent covers DuraCeramic’s unique contoured edge, allowing DuraCeramic to look like real ceramic when installed.
“Our DuraCeramic product is the hottest and fastest growing product in resilient flooring, and we believe its look cannot be copied without violating our patent,” said CEO Roger Marcus.
