Boone Distributors Moving

Lakeland, FL, January 5– A new home is in the works for Boone Distributors. The flooring distributor and wholesaler has hired Lakeland’s Folsom Construction to build its 4,300-square-foot offices at 4255 S. Pipkin Road in the Parkway Corporate Center.

Boone will actually occupy an 18,000-square-foot building that was finished in December. Folsom is doing an interior buildout for office space. Contract price, according to the Lakeland Building Department, is $250,000. Boone is currently located at 2025 Crystal Grove Drive in Lakeland.
