Scranton, PA, August 11, 2025–Arley Wholesale has announced that Scott Levy has acquired 100% ownership of the company.
The business was previously co-owned by Gevanthor and Levy family members.
The transaction is effective immediately.
Bruce Gevanthor will remain actively involved in executive leadership and as a board member.
