Charlie Eitel’s Assault Charge Reduced to Misdemeanor

Naples, FL, February 15, 2024-Charlie Eitel’s felony charge of assault last month has been reduced to a misdemeanor charge, according to records from the Collier County, Fla., court, reports Furniture Today.

Eitel was arrested in January in connection with a road rage incident in Florida.

“The original felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadline weapon without intent to kill was reduced this week to a misdemeanor charge of assault by intentionally threatening by word or act to do violence.

“Following the incident, Eitel’s attorney issued a statement saying he expected the charges to be dismissed. Eitel’s next court date is currently scheduled for Feb. 28.”
