
Washington, DC, April 14, 2023-U.S. import prices decreased 0.6% in March following a 0.2% decline in February, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported.
Lower prices for fuel and nonfuel imports each contributed to the March drop in U.S. import prices. Prices for U.S. exports fell 0.3% in March, after increasing 0.4% in February and 0.3% in January.
