Shaw, Mohawk & EF Team Up on Vaccination Event

Dalton, GA, April 7, 2021–Shaw, Mohawk and Engineered Floors recently collaborated on a Covid vaccination event for workers at their Dalton-area plants. Almost 5,000 shots were administered over two weeks.

Georgia Health News reports that a large majority of those getting vaccinated were Latino workers at those companies. The rate of vaccination in Latino/Hispanic communities lags far behind those of other Georgians, public health data show.
