
Atlanta, GA, December 23, 2019-Leonard Chill, 87, of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Atlanta, Georgia, died December 18.
He was a Holocaust survivor, born in Wilno, Poland.
Chill was president of Synthetic Industries. He became CEO of Synthetic Industries in 1970 and grew the company to become one of Chattanooga’s largest manufacturing employers. Chill stepped down as CEO in January 2001.
