Equity Firm Lynx Makes 4th Flooring Acquisition with Prime Flooring

Toronto, ON, Ephrata, WA, November 21, 2019-Lynx Equity Limited of Toronto, Ontario has acquired Ephrata, Washington’s Prime Flooring, a commercial contracting firm.

Lynx was attracted to this opportunity give its history in the commercial flooring industry. Prime Flooring presents significant opportunities for immediate and long-term synergies with G&W Commercial Interiors, another Washington-based firm owned by Lynx. 

In addition, Lynx also owns Floor Solutions of Portland, Oregon and Flooring Solutions of Livermore, California.
