Ceramics of Italy 2026 Competition Deadline Extended to June 15

New York, NY, June 8, 2026– Ceramics of Italy has extended the deadline for the 2026 International Tile Competition to June 15.

Organized by Confindustria Ceramica (the Italian Association of Ceramics) in partnership with the Italian Trade Agency, the competition invites architects and designers worldwide to submit projects completed within the past five years featuring Italian ceramic and porcelain tile from Ceramics of Italy member brands.

A jury, chaired by Steve Clem of Atlanta-based TVS, will select winners across four categories: residential, commercial, design & new applications, and outdoor. Past winners include leading firms such as HDR, Rockwell Group, Gensler and Snøhetta, among others.

Winners will receive a four-day CEU-accredited trip to Bologna, Italy to attend Cersaie (September 21–25, 2026), where they will be honored at a dedicated VIP awards ceremony, in addition to receiving cash prizes.
