Stonhard Acquires Pava

Maple Shade, NJ, June 4, 2026—Stonhard, a supplier of high-performance seamless flooring, wall and lining systems, has acquired Pava, an Italian manufacturer recognized for its resin-based flooring and coating technologies. 

The acquisition strengthens Stonhard’s position in the resinous flooring market while expanding its capabilities in decorative and specialty resin solutions. It also supports the company’s continued investment in European manufacturing, research, development, and installation capabilities.
